Before launching Tilda, Carly spent over 10+ years leading revenue growth across advertising, ad tech, SaaS and Big Tech. Her expertise lies in building high-performing sales, business development, and partnership functions—often within high-growth, high-pressure environments. She worked closely with founders, executives, and cross-functional leaders to scale early-stage startups and drive enterprise growth at companies like Meta and Uber, helping to turn bold ideas into big business.
After years of leading growth for F100-500 brands inside Big Tech, Carly craved something more human—more personal, more hands-on. She saw a gap: brilliant founders and growing brands who needed a sharp, strategic partner to help them scale with clarity, creativity, and heart.
So she built Tilda: a consultancy born from deep experience, creative energy, and a belief that the best growth stories are personal.
Through Tilda, Carly has advised founders and executive teams across eCommerce brands, creative studios, tech platforms, and growth-stage agencies—building revenue strategies, shaping product offerings, and leading business development efforts that have driven growth, acquisitions, and successful exits. She’s coached professionals from companies like Boston Consulting Group, Apple, Adidas, and Shopify through pivotal career and business transitions. In collaboration with venture capital and investment firms across North America, the UK, and Europe, she’s helped accelerate performance across diverse portfolios. This broad exposure has deepened her ability to translate insights across industries—building innovative, customer-centric strategies that connect story to scale.
